Liked: Everything about our recent stay at the Royal Scot was excellent. The staff were particularly helpful when we realized we had reserved the incorrect type of accommodation. Upon registering, they quickly fitted us into the type of rooms we wanted. The hotel location is excellent for exploring Victoria and "the price is right!"
Disliked: Nothing really!

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, nice facilities and a fantastic location! We appreciated the kitchen and the separate seating room. The free shuttle was a big plus.
Disliked: The room was a little more worn and tired feeling than on previous stays. The couch was old and squeaky, the shower wailed loudly when on, and the bed was so tight against one wall that it was hard to get in and out of the bed on that side.

Liked: The location is excellent! Everything is in walking distance to explore downtown and even get easily to and from the ferry.
Disliked: I travelled with one my girlfriends and it would have been good to get 2x littleShampoos and conditioners. I understand they didn’t know but two people in a room it would make sense to have two shampoos and 2x conditioner

Liked: Older property but well kept. Safe area and easily walkable to downtown. Good restaurant on site.
