Nice hotel in perfect place.

Liked: The decorations are very nice.The staff is kind and helpful.The location of the hotel is excellent.
Disliked: The room windows can't be fully opened.The noise of the neighbour pub is a bit distubing at the evening as well as pidgeons 'coo-coos' in the morning.

Liked: +Amazing interior - 13th century building, renovated with care and respect for its history. Truly an experience in itself!+The above does not subtract from comfort and available facilities. There was everything you'd need in a hotel.+Perfect location. Right in the center with all sights close by.+Very friendly and helpful staff. They proactively offered information and assistance with parking and orienting, but also accommodated for our small baby with a cot.+Very generous and quality breakfast. Can't remember when I had such good breakfast in a hotel. Fresh and quality food, and high quality ingredients. There was also d'arbo fruit jam and hazelnut spread dispensers. Truly generous. More than worth the breakfast price!+Incredible price for the luxury you get. I could not believe we are getting this, especially on an Easter weekend!
Disliked: -Our bed was very squeaky, but that of our parents in another room was fine...

Exceptional

Liked: We found our room at very short notice on a busy weekend in Brno, and we were delighted with the Royal Ricc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was indulgently pleasant and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was generous. Great location, too.
Disliked: Could do with some more veggie options in the breakfast buffet.

Old world charm right in...

Liked: Very central location. Olde worlde. Quirky room with goblins etc (painted). Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Kettle didn't work and staff didn't get round to replacing it. No problems otherwise.

Liked: Windows of the rooms overlook the inner courtyard where is beer pub. At night it is very loud and soundproof of windows is bad. If you don‘t sleep well not a good choice. But hotel itself is very nice and authentic. Good breakfast included.

Liked: Great location, amazing and kind staff, spacious room.
Disliked: The carpet in the room needs a little refresh. There was no view from the room as there was another, quite close, building opposite the hotel.There was no milk for breakfast or at least I couldn't find it. Fresh juice would be nice instead of a post-mix machine.
