Liked: The facility demanded I pay an additional $150 upfront for incidentals which was never stated in the booking. They wouldn’t return my booking and told me I could only get a refund from booking.com. I connected booking.com and they said that the hotel had to refund me and sent a request for my refund and I never heard back from either hotel or booking.com

Disliked: I was unable to stay there all because I didn't have an extra $100.00 for the reservation fee. I WANT MY REFUND RETURNED TO MY DEBIT CARD ASAP FOR BOOKING THE motel; which I didn't stay. If I would have had the chance to stay there, I might have given a better review, but since I didn't stay, I cannot give any reviews about it.

Liked: Every time I come here I always get great service the last time wasn't all that happening but the owner made up for that well over the staff is always really great and the owner is always the best part he's very nice and kind and he will work with you. The lady in the daytime is really awesome too and the guy that cleans up he be breaking his back cleaning his rooms I'll never have no problems will definitely come back and stay again.

Scam, after paying Bookings, I...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: I booked through Bookings.com but when I got there the front person (male) told me that I had to pay in cash. I wasn't feeling well, so I paid again in cash. So if you come here, please be careful of this scam. I paid twice for the service. I don't remember if he gave me a receipt. I tried calling the front desk but they said, I can not get a receipt emailed to me.
