Liked: Room location
Disliked: Breakfast offered was so cheap, There were nearly no options provided. You had to choose between one boiled or scrambled egg but the staff was very friendly.

Liked: Only location and staffs just talking not did any help.
Disliked: The attitude of the breakfast team gave the impression that we were being offered a complimentary breakfast, but in reality, it was already included in our booking charges. I was served a very small portion because I arrived at 9:15 AM, which I found quite surprising. When I requested hot milk, I was told that the kitchen had closed at 9:25 AM. It’s quite unreasonable to expect guests to order and be fully served within just 10 minutes.

Liked: Location and view was great.
Disliked: Staff, policies and service were bad. The lift can be a hazard for children. They offer no help or equipment for carrying luggage to the room. Breakfast is limited to 1 hour, with very few choices. Checkout is at 10am. The pool was not clean, there was no shower, there is an extra charge for the jacuzzi and towel.
