Disliked: Had to share a bathroom with others renting rooms at location

Liked: The staff was very responsive to calls and was able to check us in late at night without a problem. Staff was also accommodating when we had to cut our trip short and leave after one night. They offered credit for the three nights we didn't stay toward a stay in the future :) Also, the hostel seemed very safe, was in a quiet area, we had a sink in our room, beds/room was clean, and the bathrooms seemed clean, too.
Disliked: Security outside the hostel (locked outside door or keys to get into the elevator/stairwell.

Liked: I stayed in my own bedroom and it was clean o arrival. It was cleaned daily and I was provided with clean towel.
Disliked: On the first night there was a weird banging noise from the radiator but this was repaired
