Crazy service

Liked: It's an older building, ya get what ya get. Everything was great. Even trivial things would be offset with the level of customer service received here. Pool was nice, place felt safe, beds were soft. Bathroom small, but who cares. There wasn't a single thing that was requested that wasn't received. Down to a hair tie request being fulfilled. Definitely would stay again.It pains me to leave this review m, may make it harder for me to find a room...
Disliked: Small things that were in the grand scheme negligible considering the service provided. Old building issues

Clean and affordable, not exactly...

Liked: Staff had great communication. Price was decent. Rooms were clean. Pool was comfortable.
Disliked: This was advertised as a 2 bedroom family suite with a sleeper sofa. It had the sofa as advertised and 2 beds. But when I hear the phrase 2 bedroom family suite, I suppose I was expecting 2 bedrooms and then a common area with a sofa bed. Well one of the beds was in the same room as the sofa bed. Got a little cramped and there was only a window unit in the secluded bedroom and only a fan to cool off those in the room with the sleeper sofa. So it was a little toasty and I’m very hot natured.

The place was probably one...

Liked: It was very clean. The staff was very quick in responding and even got us in before checking when we arrived early. We would definitely book this place again when we return to Tybee.
Disliked: It wasn’t really the properties fault but cops were called on next door for fighting and breaking windows.

Nice stay. We have stayed...

Liked: Location. Also the people in the office were fabulous and gave us everything we needed.
Disliked: The floors were dirty. My feet were black. I got a rag from housecleaning and wiped the floor with it but it wasn’t enough. It needed a swiffer. We did ask for a broom also just so we could sweep up the sand that we brought in, but the floors needed cleaning badly. The rest of the room was spotless.

We have stayed 3 times...

Liked: It was an inexpensive stay in a clean comfortable room without out all the fluff but everything needed to be comfortable. I also love that they have left some old the old features in the rooms and added the retro fridge and accessories. All in all was a great and comfortable two day getaway without breaking without breaking the bank. Will be back.
Disliked: Pool water was hazy.
