Really good place for the...

Liked: Location was great, the facilities also, like pool, bar, etc.Staff was really friendly.
Disliked: We had a problem with the drain, the shower had no division with the rest of the restroom, then, when you take a shower, if your are not very careful the water goes outside and there were no drain on the other side, the water goes directly to the room, I had to clean manually to avoid accidents.

Liked: The location is first and foremost. The art deco building is a plus. Personnel is nice but not efficient. It is clean but the interior deco design is altered with gaudy.Rooms are really, really noisy

Liked: Location can't be beat. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Beach access was great.Nice breakfast buffet.Should be better after renovation this year.
Disliked: This hotel will be undergoing extensive renovation this year so most furniture, carpets and curtains were stained and dated. Main elevators (3) were slow because one was out of service. Under 8 pool umbrella for 1000+ guest.Beach umbrella not included in resort fee, additional $32. Service charge of 18-20% added at most restaurants in Miami in addition to gratuity if desired.

Liked: Location is excellent The staff were very helpful and pleasant Good breakfast selectionThere is a resort fee but it has some good items included for that fee.
Disliked: We booked a room with breakfast included in the rate and on both days they charged us an additional fee for breakfast . I spoke to reception who realised their mistake and removed it but the same fee appeared on my invoice the next day and again removed it but I see charges pending again so I am going to raise a complaint. It was very pricey for the room we were given. The hotel overall needs updating,our room was expensive and was not up to standard.
