Liked: Comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. Our room was very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near train station.
Disliked: There was no lift.

Easy walks to Westminster attractions

Liked: Hotel is over an old pub with a good restaurant. Old and quaint with nicely appointed rooms and nice bathrooms.Hotel is very close to all the Westminster attractions- Westminster Abbey, House of Parliament, Westminster Bridge.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit snug but to be expected in a big expensive city.

Staff were very, very, welcoming...

Liked: We did not have breakfast in the on-site restaurant but were within very easy walking distance of a big variety of places to eat. We liked the size of the room, the comfortable bed and a very spacious shower room. All was very new and clean.
Disliked: The pillows were not good and the quilt wasn’t wide enough for the king-size bed.
