Exceptional
Liked: Everything perfect. Very excellent services .Mr. Dean the manager in guess was more than a staff,always making sure we are satisfied and very friendly especially on our children, we almost extended our stay.thank you once again Mr. Dean we shall visit again soon and we are pleased to introduce you to everyone all over the world. Home away from home.

Welcoming Stay
Liked: Location, large room, staff at hotel very welcoming & attentive.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with some TLC but not a huge issue and didn’t effect our stay.

Disliked: The room was too small and wasnt much view when u are looking out of the window and i wasnt allowed to have my friend visit the place and it felt like couldn't have her over

Amazing hotel and amazing staff...
Liked: Dean, the manager could not do enough for us. He catered for every need of ours. I stayed with my partner, mother in law and 4 children. Beds were so so comfy and clean, rooms were spotless. We could bring our fire stick for the babies. We were given a cot for the babies. Dean was always on hand to see if we needed anything we have grown pretty close to him and I'll be sad to leave him today. He is one very hard working man that doesn't stop on shift once. Thank you so much for everything Dean. He let us keep our prams in the lobby. He was on hand to take our bins out for us as with two babies that was quite alot. This hotel in 5 minutes walk to pleasure beach and 5 minutes walk to town centre so right in the middle of everything. Amazing stay and I will definitely be returning with my children. Only if Dean is working haha. Thank you for everything Dean we appreciate it so much x
