Good breakfast

Liked: Adequate accommodation for a 1 night stop on way back from Europe.Room.was clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom. Mattress was comfortable but starting to dip.Coffee and tea facilities in room.Evening meal was tasty but pretty standard fair. Not sure how much is prepared from scratch. Had brie sticks that were too uniform to be anything other than frozen but was tasty never the less.Excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients.
Disliked: In room 2. Couldn't close the window, which meant it was noisy until pub closed and didn't feel very safe as could not lock. Needs sorting urgently. A fan in the room would make a BIG difference after the warm weather.

Liked: Quirky little pub in a lovely location.Very friendly staff and locals. Good value dinner and excellent breakfast
Disliked: Unable to open window, but we were able to use a room fan which was very helpful

Lovely pub, great staff, terrible...

Liked: The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean. The staff were kind and helpful, especially in the evening.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was really bad quality and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs coming through.

Liked: Well appointed room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great value for money.
Disliked: Lack of airflow in the bedroom

Great place just needs new...

Liked: Lovely pub, very clean and great staff… rooms were well decorated and good facilities. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was old and the springs were coming through the bed. Getting a good nights sleep wasn’t possible

Staff friendly and food excellent.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and do were the evening meals, there was a good menu selection for both.
Disliked: Did have a few problems accessing the room using the door code.
