Honest and fit our need...

Liked: The price. The parking right there. Front staff very responsive. The wi-fi. The practicality: it was close to many coll things.
Disliked: The AC unit is quite loud, but at the same time, it drowns the noise from the strreet, so one would appreciate the white noise quality of it. It's not the hotel's fault, but the area where it is is somewhat sketchy. I did not mind that much because my husband was with me, but I can see a solo traveler be uncomfrotable and even scared.

Liked: spacious and clean room, great aircon which was so needed with the heatwave when I was there
Disliked: Unfortunately the location was less than ideal and was right next to a huge population of drug addicts which was eye opening, upsetting and unfortunately made me feel unsafe. Whilst I mostly was not bothered by anyone, I had a couple of not great interactions outside the hotel so I ended up mainly getting Ubers from and to the hotel during my stay. This was not something that could be helped from the hotels perspective but would say for one night this would be fine but for multiple nights I would chose a hotel in another location.

Liked: The location is excellent. We could park our car right in front of our window :). The breakfast is not that impressive, but ok, we didn't expect a breakfast.

Amazing staff! Clean rooms. Sketchy...

Liked: It was very clean and looks almost like the pictures!
Disliked: Then neighbourhood is not good. It’s just down the street from a street health clinic. Across the street is a community Centre for unhoused people. There is a streetcar stop right outside the hotel and many people sit on the steps to the hotel to wait. So you have to weave through people sometimes just to get in.

Ok for a quick cheap...

Disliked: Small double bed, small room, barely room to walk around the bed, bathroom small but useable. Very dodgy area, lot of down and outs using drugs on pavement. No cupboard space
