Great - just what we...

Liked: Loves the room, we asked for a dog friendly one and it was massive! Perfect location right in the heart of Keswick. Checking in and checking out was super easy too. Just be aware if staying on a Sunday night that the beer delivery arrives bright and early & may give you an unexpected wake up call

Great Location, easy friendly and...

Liked: Location is right at the town center. Walk down is the square. Also the room amidst small but it’s super cosy. Staffs no fuss, makes it easy for us. Breakfast starts later but they allow me to work in the area and even offer coffee ahead of breakfast time. Even though the room is small, the layout makes it so cosy and the room is what we like also. There are plenty charging power points around and adequate places to put your stuffs that somehow makes it tick. Everything superb!

Liked: My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, breakfast was really nice, and the room was quite comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, especially if you plan to travel with your pet!

Very disappointed with our stay.

Liked: The food was good. Location was good too.
Disliked: We didn't have any windows to see out in the room. Constant noise from extractor fans outside. Very small bedroom and small bed and ensuite. Had to walk sideways down the side of the bed. Had to have the light on all the time. . It rained 3 times during the night we could here it above us. It was like being in a conservatory. No milk in the fridge had to ask for it.

Liked: Hotel is in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. We would definately stay again
Disliked: We were in room 10, the room itself was lovely however the floor is on quite a big incline. My husband felt like he was falling out of bed all night. Also you dont have a great deal of space in the shower, its very small. This didnt spoil our stay.
