Over all a good stay

Liked: The room was very clean and the location /distance to the beach was perfect.
Disliked: The decorations/ furniture in the room were very outdated and you can see where all the repairs was not done professionally

Liked: Parking is fantastic
Disliked: Refrigerator & microwave didn't work in our room. Air conditioner didn't cool the place down except for the bedroom. We're regulars and very disappointed in this stay.

Cheap place close to the...

Liked: A block from the beach was the best part. The bed was very comfortable and street parking was free.
Disliked: The unit looked nothing like the pictures. The kitchen was missing almost everything. Lots of things were broken or cracked.
