Liked: Right across the street to an entry point going to the beach.Very clean and well maintained. Property Manager was very pleasant. Saw him walking around asking if they/we needed anything. We saw him helping guests with getting extra towels even helping others take out their trash. Very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff.
Disliked: Very basic furniture. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Comforters need an upgrade lol. Overall though it was very good.

Disliked: They wanted a 200 dollar deposit for a place that wasnt up to par

Close to the beach but...

Liked: How close it was to the beach.
Disliked: Our room code would not work so we had to wait outside our room for an hour for a new code to get in. There was plaster hanging off the walls, our shower head was broken, the Murphy bed was very dirty, it had sand and food all over it. Our door did not lock very well. There were drunk people everywhere. The Manager Jay did his best fix all problems and was nice and gave us a free parking spot.

Liked: It was old, barely kept up. Like they just purchased the property and were trying to make it liveable
Disliked: Everything. Got there, didn’t get the room we booked, and it was dingy, there was one mini split in the whole little apartment. The whole place was hot except for one room. There was no air in the bathroom and it all looked very poorly renovated
