Disliked: shower door wasn't working correctly, toilet was reluctant to fully flush, spiral stairs were a challenge with luggage

Liked: Very quiet aria . In close proximity to buses, trains , princess street , Edinburgh castle

Disliked: Shampoo sachets difficult to open

Liked: Room is very clean and stylishly decorated. Location is great (although a bit tricky to find).Much appreciated the box of cookies left for us by the property owner/manager.
Disliked: Getting the apartment key and going through several layers of locks just to get to the room were not convenient (more so if you're already exhausted from travel). The toilet seat did not fit the toilet, and the toilet seat cover kept falling on our backs whenever we would use the toilet. One of the two bedside lamps did not work.

Disliked: Had to climb 5 levels to reach the room. Wifi is poorly.
