Liked: Room was basic but clean. Bathroom completely refurbished and excellent to use. Breakfast included full "English breakfast".

Superb

Liked: Hotel was good value for money. The single room in which I stayed was small, but manageable. The room was cleaned every day. The personnel was very helpful, they gave me a plug adaptor and an extra towel when asked.I did not eat break fast because of bad reviews, but there's a restaurant at the Premier Inn Hotel, 12 GBP per person unlimited breakfast.
Disliked: In the first night there wasn't heating, but after complaining they provided heat every night.

Overall we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: - Note: the check-in address for Royal London Hotel was in fact Hellenic Hotel by Saba - they own a few hotels along the road. We checked the address in Google Maps and tried at first at no. 47, but were redirected by the cleaning lady.- Even though the breakfast was the same every day (fried or scrambled eggs with or without beans and toasts), it was absolutely enough for us. (hot chocolate without paying extra!)- Room was cleaned every day (without new towels).- Fridge and tea/coffee set comes in handy.- Easy access to the hotel and our room.- Close to Tesco Superstore.- Close to Hammersmith underground (note: there are two Hammersmith stations, one with Piccadilly/ District lines, another with Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines).- Comfortable beds.
Disliked: - Had a room on the last floor - after 4 people taking a shower the room gets damp. It's pretty hard to open both windows, and even after opening them it's not enough to have clean air in the room.- No hooks for towels - again, with 4 people in the room and lack of ventilation, finding a spot to let all the towels dry is tricky.- In winter (half of February) it's good enough, warm. During summer months a room without air condition might be somewhat difficult to stay in.

Disliked: Noise of road. Limited breakfast choice with cooked breakfast of fried or scrambled eggs with beans.scrambled eggs very rubbery. No othe4 options available.Moved to location further down road as doing previous location up.Room not as described on website. Decor dated. Lots of areas to be redecorated. Paint peeled off of door and a large damp patch in the hallway.
