Very nice hotel; great location and views; every single member of staff we met is of real credit to the place. Would visit again without hesitation.

Liked: Everything - in particular, the staff could not have done more or been friendlier.
Disliked: Nothing really - picnic foods was merely OK rather than brilliant.

Exceptional

This was a lovely stay...

Liked: This is a lovely hotel- well located, well designed, with good facilities. The restaurant we went to was lovely and all the staff have been superb.

Perfect Stay

Liked: The most friendly and helpful staff! We received the warmest welcome to the hotel! View from room was incredible, bed was so comfortable with the softest sheets. Would recommend to everyone!
Disliked: Nothing at all, only wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy more of the facilities!

I would recommended this property...

Liked: The location of the property is 2 minutes on foot to both underground and bus station. The view was spectacular. The property was beautiful and the staff very polite.
Disliked: The room was small and the cleanliness inside the room had some failures. In my opinion with 437,40 pounds per day in average, the breakfast should be included.

Superb

it was a present for...

Liked: everything was luxurious and extremely clean and comfortableThe hotel was beautiful and the views were amazing. We went to a show and finished off staying in a lovely room instead of having to travel back to Canvey Island. The shower was really powerful and the bed was really comfortable and the blackout blinds and air-conditioning were perfect. We couldn’t fault anything in this hotel.

Lovely weekend

Liked: The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and polite and took time to have a little chat. The hotel accommodated my request for an interconnecting room via email no problem. The view from the 13th floor was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location great right near the tube station for central London.
Disliked: The housekeeper/ supervisor knocked on the door in the afternoon to ask if the room was satisfactory to us after it had been cleaned. Not really necessary in my view ( even though we should have put the do not disturb sign outside). It was more than good enough as they even folded our clothes!
