Very nice hotel; great location and views; every single member of staff we met is of real credit to the place. Would visit again without hesitation.

Liked: Everything - in particular, the staff could not have done more or been friendlier.

Liked: The overall service delivery from staff, in particular the staff parking my electric car, when we left they had fully charged the battery which is fantastic and I didn't expect that. Well done

Very nice place to stay

Liked: The hotel is next to the train station which makes very easy to commute to a Central London. Also the view of the Hype Park from the breakfast room and the rooms are marvelous. The staff was very helpful and the room service was the best.
Disliked: We had to pay a deposit when we first arrived. It would be nice to be informed before hand.
