Very nice hotel; great location and views; every single member of staff we met is of real credit to the place. Would visit again without hesitation.

Liked: Everything - in particular, the staff could not have done more or been friendlier.
Disliked: Nothing really - picnic foods was merely OK rather than brilliant.

Liked: The welcoming doorman! and helpful/friendly lobby staff. Hotel room well designed and good location, walked to Paddington to catch Heathrow Express. Loved being a block away to Hyde park. Excellent breakfast, very good Thai restaurant. Nice staff. Nice public spaces.

Liked: Good location, clean, comfortable.
Disliked: This is not a 5 star hotel, but more like a 4 star hotel.Rooms are small to medium sized. The problem is with the constant environmental propaganda all over the place: no bottled water available, but plain tap water - they say it is to save the environment (there is no planet B), they constantly ask for donations to plant trees or whatever they do.When I visit a so called 5 star hotel I expect to have the services I pay for, not asking for donations and environmental propaganda. For this price they do not provide anything In the mini bar (it is empty), no sparkling water or anything. Just some free biscuits and coffee.

Liked: Staff go out of their way to help and make your stay so comfortable.I really felt like it was a home from home stay with added luxury!Sebastian went out if his way to help us get home safely when our train was cancelled !Fantastic help ...Thankyou for a wonderful stay!!!
