Liked: Pool was great.... Luggage and stairs are no fun , but we made it work...room is lovely

Dated but adequate if you...

Liked: Pool is nice, breakfast adequate but could use more items. Only fruit, cereal, yogurt, & bagels. No hot items at all. The landscaping was definitely improved from last year.
Disliked: Room was recently updated about 2 years ago but they never cleaned up the paint issues on the walls, everywhere you looked there was something that needed to be fixed. Slight imperfections but it did not make you feel welcome. Interior blackout curtains full of holes on one side, sticky floor when we arrived that we had to clean and issues with smells across the hall. One of the lights still doesn't work over the double sinks. The bathroom smelled like urine the whole time, it was apparent they did not scrub out the toilets. There was a misunderstanding with the difference between a king suite and a king jacuzzi suite. When they showed us the floor size between the two rooms that King suite was not even worth the upgrade, it was basically about 3 ft more space on one side of the room but otherwise looked like a regular King room. The jacuzzi suite is spacious but the furniture is very dated. You can tell that the couch and the draperies are from the previous ownership when it was rodeway inn. We never received any housekeeping or clean towels unless we requested them at the desk so there was no tip for housekeeping either. In my opinion all the hotels there are overpriced and there are few options. If you can book ahead of time, I would recommend try one of the bnbs or airbnbs in the area..

Disliked: The air conditioner in the room took awhile to cool down the room was hot for about 4 hours

Disliked: hmmm...it was clean but looked run down. for two adults we got two bath towels, two hand towels and one bath mat. no wash cloths. no coffee condiments in the room. when we got there the fridge wasn't plugged in. the breakfast was Seriously sad...bread products, yogurt, apples. I've never seen a place that had jugs of milk, creamer and juice instead of individual packs. and OMG! THEY HAVE WAY TOO MUCH FLORAL SCENT IN THE ROOM. one of has a sensitivity to artificial scents and we seriously considered moving to a different hotel. I knew it wasn't going to be great when I saw the "no refunds" sign on the front desk.

Disliked: Stinky, very dirty Hallways, only cereal and bagels for breakfast. Pool wasn't filled up. Pillows sucked, appliances were unplugged. Nothing like the photos. Some jets didn't work in the spa tub
