Convenient and good price.

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Toilet seat was too small for toilet. No plugs for both beds, only one.No ice machine at all.

Horrific checkout ruined the entire...

Liked: The location was perfect and the gentlemen that checked us in was very welcoming and polite. At 1st he took us to a room that only had 1 double bed but when we reminded him we needed 2 beds or a king to share he moved us to a different room. Mother and adult daughter. We felt safe in the location and the parking lot was well lit. Exterior of building well maintained as well as the lot. Tho we had some issues w the room we overlooked them as the night desk man was so welcoming and we were very tired. Slept soundly very quiet room and facility.
Disliked: Stained sheets w holes in spread, No phone in room, no working ice machines on site, half of room lights wereburnt out. At check out time we gathered luggage in the door way of the room. Went 2 get luggage cart & 2 check out. Waited 5mins for desk lady 2 get off a personal call while my mother got the luggage on the cart 2 doors away from desk. Desk person hangs up and says room #. I told her and she said u can't check out til we check the room. Told her no problem -she ask if everything out of room. Told her that it was on the luggage cart propping the door open w my mother waiting 4 me 2 move the cart up front when I finished. She said it must be completely out of the room in order 4 them 2 check the room. So I went and pulled the cart to lobby 2 doors away. Then she called the maid and asked her to check the room. Maid comes back saying room is fine. She then says OK ur checked out. I asked for a receipt. She tells me that as I booked through a 3rd party she won't give me a receipt. I never raised my voice or was rude in anyway. Simply explained I needed something in writing 2 show I was checked out at the appropriate time & date & 2 show the room condition was fine to make sure I wasn't hit with other charges ect. I told her I had just traveled from Ohio to California and now heading back 2 Ohio and booked w a booking.com each time and was always given a check out receipt at every facility. Now she gets loud and yells "ur not getting a receipt and if u don't leave immediately i will call the police." I couldn't believe what was happening since there was no nastiness on my part and I even tried to explain politely what I needed. I stood there appalled for a minute trying to decide on how to respond when she again starts yelling "what don't u understand about get the f?ck out or I call the police". I responded that this was beyond ridiculous and I didnt appreciate be cussed, would be reporting it.

Will be seeing them as...

Liked: The trip was fine until the checkout time
Disliked: I paid the $100 deposit upon check-in after several days. I called to find out about the refund at that time. I was told that the fire alarm in the ceiling had been “pampered with I don’t even smoke never in my life if I smoked, so it appears that there’s just a pretense to keep $100 of mine And I’m probably just happened to many others at this place believe me I will never stay there again I stayed there once after this and everything was fine, but this is ridiculous so be sure if you stay there to take pictures of everything if anything was tampered with it was done by the staff after I checked out

When house keeping came I...

Liked: When house keeping came I provided them with the 2 towels that the kids used and asked for new towels and housekeeping said they will bring them by in 10 to 20 mins which they never came back, and then when it was time to check out the front desk receptionist refused to give me back my deposit because the towels were not inside the room and then when I started to tell him how wrong and ridiculous it is to keep my $ 50.00 over two towels that I gave to house keeping. He said we were not aloud to come back.
