Liked: This place is a gem! Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, the air/heating system was top notch! This hotel surpasses many of the chain hotels! Very nice people too! Family run, and everyone was so nice. This is "my" hotel anytime I'm Eugene!
Disliked: I liked/ loved everything!

It was a very dissatisfied...

Liked: Fairly clean.
Disliked: Location is very sketchy. Front desk made me stand outside in freezing snow and ice to check in and out. Long wait outside freezing. Stairs were very very dangerous as covered in thick ice with no care by facility. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put us in, was very smelly like smoke. They did move us to another room that smelled better, but when the fan was turned on, it started to smell like smoke again. Cigarette smoke.

The staff!

Liked: The staff was excellent. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. I left my iPad in the room and didn’t remember for two days after check out and they held it for me! Very safe and trustworthy.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful.

Will not return there

Liked: Close to Eugene airport
Disliked: We booked a room with a queen bed and a twin. There was no twin. We went back to the desk and asked for another room. No other options, all have just one queen bed. My husband has a disability so having is own bed is needed. We did not have a good night. Also he put us on the second level with outside stairs, which was difficult for us old folks, especially when we woke to snow and ice covered stairs. He was nice but just didn't accommodate us well. Please change the booking site ad, there are only queen beds and that should be clear. It is false advertising.
