Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The location was in a rough part of town.

Pleasantly surprised!

Liked: It allows dogs so that was great for us as not many places do! They had a designated area for dogs to go potty. The bed and shower were surprisingly clean and it was very quiet. The staff was amazing and friendly.
Disliked: The decor was outdated and the exterior was a little run down but it was a small very old family business and I assume the decor was the way it was because they allow dogs and spending on newer decor was pointless as some dogs are not always the best behaved.

Liked: The staff were very nice and informative.
Disliked: Literal cockroaches roaming the room and bathroom. It smelled of mildew and smoke, windows had half cracked glass, half of the rooms are for permanent residents. Non smoking rooms are directly next to or above smoking rooms so secondary smoke was an issue.

Liked: The location seems perfect to me
Disliked: The place had an unpleasant smell, it was in bad condition, not to mention that the afternoon staff was rude because I asked for a disinfectant to put in the room since it was smelly of sewer, I didn't even stay to sleep, I left the room at 7 at night

The front desk was nice...

Liked: The only thing I liked was the front desk person. He was very nice
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was black stuff all over my mirror in the bathroom, I didn’t like that I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep under the covers because it felt so dirty in that room. I don’t like that the chain lock was taken off the door. I don’t like that the room smelled awful, I don’t like that there were stains across the carpet, I don’t like how old and rundown everything was. I didn’t like anything about my experience the pictures online or nothing like what the hotel actually looked like. It was a bad area it felt like.
