Liked: The lady at the front desk was a sweatheart
Disliked: The wifi was slow, the AC was broken, the TV didn’t work, the sink was lose in the vanity, horrible experience

Liked: Not much. Lots of potential and staff was friendly, but worst property I've ever stayed at.
Disliked: Felt scammed. Paid extra for ocean view. No ocean view. Trash in the pool. Floors were slimy and cover in hair. Smelled like cigarettes. Beach Access closed. Food trash in main walkway for at least two 12 hours. Now I see an extra charge. Just ridiculous. Shouldn't be allowed on booking. Checked out a day early, but stayed in the area. They filled the room and charged me for the day I didn't stay because they misrepresent the property and it was filthy. We travel regularly and we both agree worst hotel yet.

Superb

Liked: The view from the third floor room was nice. Overlooked the Atlantic Ocean. IT was just a quick walk from our room to a couple of restaurants and a walk along the jetty inlet. The walk on the beach was also just across the street from the Inn.
Disliked: The door entrance system was inconsistent with the key card. Hard to navigate the tv system.

Disliked: Room reeked of cigarette smoke...even though it is supposed to be non-smoking.Dirty bathroom, hair in the sink.The lock on the front door was an actual keyed deadbolt lock..and the room key was a copy made at Ace Hardware ..no way is that secure!!The room was an upstairs unit with no secondary fire egress. No one should be allowed to stay here.We checked-in, looked around the room for a few minutes, took our luggage back to the car and checked-out. Got lucky with a little begging..found a room across the street at the Hutchinson Island Plaza for less than half the price and 10X cleaner with more amenities. Stay away from this dump and safety hazard!

Disliked: We were traveling to escape Hurricane Milton, which was due to hit our coast of Cape Coral. I booked the room for 1 night for myself, my elderly mom with dementia, my boyfriend, and his son along with our pets. We traveled in dangerous rain to get there, and the clerk said the room was canceled. I tried to find another room, but of course, to no avail. We called 211, and they found us a shelter that took pets and hunkered down in Port St Lucie, FL. I'm an avid user of Booking.com when I do travel, but I am very disappointed that I was still charged when I did not cancel the room. Thank you for your consideration and quick response.
