TERRIBLE,,,, TERRIBLE.... TERRIBLE!!!

Liked: Thou GREAT LOCATION for surrounding baseball parks !
Disliked: LIVE-IN rude staff-- smoking in entrance.charges extra per person per night. Unclean rooms and multiple mattresses are in walkway.Had bed bugs and still wouldn't give refund.

Disliked: Ur only allowed 2 hrs at the pool and they charged me extra when I got there for my 7 year old that I had put on the page when I booked the room. The lady had told me 2 days in a roll that we had already been swimming and we hadn’t. They was very rude about the pool. We was there for a ball tournament and they was making kids cry up there it was uncalled for!!!

The staff needs to learn...

Liked: The price is decent.
Disliked: The staff is rude asf. They talk to you like you’re trash all because of the pool. The rules should be made clear and posted BEFORE your stay. I paid almost $400 for 2 rooms for 2 nights each and was treated like trash because I got in the pool twice in one day. I feel like if I’m paying for a room with a pool there should be unlimited access to it, especially if there’s no one in there at the time.

Disliked: Some plugs did not work .. blow dryer did not work… no plastic wrapped coffee cups. Toilet slow flushing … a smell to the room.

Disliked: All the extra money you have to pay that’s not on the booking agreement application and I pose to receive my deposit back
