Liked: I liked that the hotel doesn't have a lot of traffic and no trash in parking lot and I like that once you check in they leave u alone however my favorite part about the hotel is no deposit
Disliked: In my opinion the rooms need some paint and updates like new comforters and curtains & new towels etc ...

Budget Friendly Motel Offers Excellent...

Liked: This budget motel was clean, quiet and comfortable. At the price I paid, it stacks up way above similarly priced hotels I've stayed at in the area. Add to this that there is a pride of ownership - small flowerbeds and desert agaves were everywhere. It's been a long time since I've seen a small business owner running a motel take such good care of their property. Two thumbs up for this business!
Disliked: Again, for the money, this was an excellent stay. I don't have anything negative to report.

Liked: Nothing, very poor ficilities and the photos on Booking.Com are nothing like the actual hotel. The property maybe once looke like this but not recently.
Disliked: After a disasterous start with the room having no air conditioning and much tooing and frowing to the reception we were on the verge of leaving when they agreed to move us to another room, at least the AC worked. The reception was a small boxed off room with plastic screens and a large sign that stated NO REFUNDS that should have alered me to problems but it didn't. Booking.com need to take a look at this place and decide if they want it on their list. We will never be back.
