Very disappointed with the stay....

Liked: The room was very clean
Disliked: Back door to property was not working, door had to be propped open so while we unloaded the vehicle or else walk aroungd to the side or main doors. Air conditioner rattled all night and did not cool the room. Toilet ran all night, (new flap needed?), what a waste of water.Ice machine put out very little ice, took about 10 minutes to fill the ice bucket. No outside lights on property in the parking area making it very unsafe. Stayed there the last 3 years when traveling through the area, never again.

Liked: They say they have breakfast but it’s no breakfast they ask you for 200$ deposit even if you have booking reservations

Liked: The room is very nice. Look nice.
Disliked: When I booked the hotel, they tell us the pool is working when I’ve been there. The pool is not working.

Under construction. Only advantage is...

Liked: I was stranded at the Salt Lake Airport due to a missed connection so the reduced price was helpful.
Disliked: The hotel offered a reduced price because the downstairs was under construction, no breakfast room, elevator not working. The refrigerator buzzed and kicked on and off all night so travel with air plugs. They could not guarantee me a spot on the first shuttle to the airport so I had to use a ride share. There is no sign on the building which caused confusion during pick up.
