Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Honestly, this place deserves a higher rating than it has!
Disliked: If I had to mention a few minor downsides, it would be that the room’s cooling system could have worked a bit better and cleaning could start a bit late so that guests could sleep a bit longer

Liked: Very clean. Car park at a fee.
Disliked: Grossly over priced, this should be a 2 star Hotel not 4 star. Located in a rough part of town, entrance is terrible with rubbish sacks in the street and a weed shop next door. Very disappointing indeed.

Liked: Great value for money. Staff were wonderful, hospitable and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome! Can highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something in Cosenza that’s comfortable but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!

Liked: The breakfast at this hotel was nice. Everything else was horrible!!!
Disliked: The hotel felt like a brothel. It was in a part of the town that is next to the cannabis store and smelled of weed when you walked in. The check-in went fine. The rooms are tiny. I paid for a room with 3 beds and only received 2 beds. The noise level in this hotel is horrible. There was screaming and laughing until 2 am. I could hear people in rooms next to ours going to the bathroom, having sex, blow-drying their hair, etc. Every time someone moved a chair across the floor either above or below it sounded like a horrible, long screeching sound. No sleep was had! We were to stay 3 nights, but we left after the first night. The hotel offered to put us in a higher floor, but I don't think that would solve the problem. They refused to give us a refund. The room temperature was controlled by the front office staff. We told them it was hot in the room, and he appeared to adjust it, but it never changed. I opened my window to try to let some cool air in, and there was another room window within feet of mine. A man was lying on the bed, masturbating within feet from my window. It was a nightmare!
