Frustrating, poor cursomer service.

Disliked: There is nothing Royal about this place, except the name! The hotel has no breakfast and the fridge within the room was not working. Also, the shower was broken and there was no place to hang the shower head. But even though I know problems may occur, what surprised me was the poor level of service. When I communicated about these issues the response I got from the front desk was: ‘yes I know, we communicated it to the manager and there is nothing I can do’… That was a surprise. What about fixing?

Disliked: Only 1 pillow is provided which doesn’t actually support your head and the pillow under the cover is so dirty. Bathroom is difficult to use - you need to hold the shower because it’s broken as well as the tissue holder. Also during my 2nd night, the toilet flush stopped working and when I tried the next day the flush just continued to produce water even when not in use. The windows have no safety features. The stairs are narrow and difficult to climb and also wobbly and missing some supports. Also, no air-con or even an e-fan.
