Liked: The staff made me feel like I was a friend and welcome always. Absolutely spot on staff with friendly faces. Lovely period building.
Disliked: It’s just loud in the room at night. I think I got 6 hours sleep over 2 nights. The Hotel/spa label totally derailed my expectations. I was hoping to relax but I couldn’t use the spa facilities or breakfast because I was exhausted from the drum and base music beating my room wall down.
