Had a lovely time

Liked: Loved its location. Lovely and clean.Unfortunately, wasn’t told that there was a special technique to get hot water out of the shower so couldn’t shower in the morning. Great breakfast. Lovely atmosphere.
Disliked: The information in the bedroom could’ve been a little clearer e.g. how to turn the bedside light on and how to work the hot water system. I had to ask reception about each of these things. It could’ve easily been rectified by a simple note in the bedroom.

Disliked: Tired decor, issues with hot water (you are better off running a bath than a shower) did not seem worth over £200 without breakfast & I’m still trying to workout what was Superior & Executive about my room. Breakfast, was fine if you enjoy watery cold mushrooms & is certainly not cooked as to order

Great Location, comfortable stay.

Liked: The staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms however a little dated were very clean and bathroom was a great size and more updated. Location was great and we were able to reserve parking which was great.
Disliked: AIr conditioning! They did provide a fan which worked ok.

Liked: Excellent location. Even though it was right by the train station it wasn't noisy.
Disliked: We were in room.109 the toilet kept running even though it was flushed. Close the bathroom.door and you can't hear it room.was boiling, thanknheavens for the fan
