Excellent location with added inclusion...

Liked: Location was excellent. Added bonus having breakfast included in the room rate. Also enjoyed the the extra treats ie cookies and hot chocolate.
Disliked: The water in the shower was not hot at all.

Our first visit to bath...

Liked: Staff were welcoming and helpful and continental breakfast good.
Disliked: It was a hot weekend and the room faced the sun so became very hot. We couldn't open a window and used the fan.I would suggest installing a non-slip matt in the shower as we had to be extra careful.

Helpful staff, convenient location but...

Liked: The property is located centrally and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were well outfitted.
Disliked: The location, though convenient, made for a lot of street noise. The room was very warm.

Good location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Excellent and a Good choice on the menu. The evening meals were also very good.
Disliked: Bedroom 311 had no plug in the wash hand basin and the hot tap was scalding! We then moved to bedroom 205 as due to very heavy rain the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed and water was pouring through. The Manager found it very difficult to contain and we had to move ourselves to 205. This room was fine but we couldn’t use the bath or shower as the water was cold. There was a notice which said this occasionally happened but we found the problem permanent.The front of house Manager was very understanding and appreciated our problems. Whilst it is conveniently placed the building is somewhat tired but the staff were excellent and always helpful and friendly.
