Liked: Staff service is good and quick reply. Good location.
Disliked: Elevator is too small and floor in room has sound when walking.

Not too bad overall though...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was right size for my family of 3. Very near to the train station. And within walking distance to Roman Bath and other attractions.
Disliked: Was concerned of security as bathroom window cannot be locked and can be opened from the outside. Staff said its a fire escape window as such cannot be locked.No fridge in room.No aircon in room. Fan was provided though.Not enough parking lots. There's a paid public parking lot nearby though

Disliked: It is a bit dated (like me) but is a lovely hotel

Liked: Nothing to complain about exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely clean hotel and fantastic bed and pillows best 2 nights sleep I've had for a while . Great location opposite train station ,short walk to centre .Will definitely be back to this hotel .
Disliked: No complaints from me ..

Liked: The staff were very friendly, we got upgraded on our anniversary. The four poster beds were very comfortable in a spacious room and very clean.The location was great, opposite the station, and within minutes walk of town centre for shops, bars, restaurants and the thermo baths.
Disliked: A little noisy location due to being opposite the train station, you will hear the last and first train but didn't bother us.
