Disliked: Noisy - people moving around late into the night . Excellent breakfast. Dinner was not worth the money.

Liked: Best location in Deal - right on the beach! Great to go down for a swim wearing robe provided. Balcony room was pricey but worth every penny for our special occasion. Loved having roll-top bath in the room with view of sea! Breakfast/bar staff were very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: We loved our stay! Maybe shouldn't have expected it but were a little disappointed that hotel didn't acknowledge our Golden 50th Anniversary at all, not even with a card.

Very enjoyable short stay in...

Liked: Room, location, food (breakfast and dinner). All up to standard and enjoyable.
Disliked: The only issue we had was finding parking and problems with the ringo app.

Liked: The hotels location is amazing!! The hotel is so charming, you feel like you stepped back in time. And the staff, just outstanding. Everybody wanted to make our stay fantastic - and it worked out!! We would come back in a heartbeat
Disliked: The rooms are a little bit outdated and could need some TLC, but maybe that’s the Charme of the hotel.
