The overall stay was good, but certain things needed to be upgraded!!

Liked: We had a Family Room which was very comfortable and spacious and had a sea view. The Bathroom was adequate, however the Shower in the Bath needed to be upgraded as the water kept moving from cold to hot to cold throughout the shower. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good!!
Disliked: The wifi was very bad, and id not remain on all the time, and you had to keep logging on!!! This irritated our whole party, as wifi is a major part of everyones lives now so ALL Hotels should be offering top of th range wifi and good signal throughout the hotel. Many people although on holiday, still need to be able to work, access emails, etc and therefore require good and reliable wifi and internet speeds.

Liked: 1. Great listening by the night supervisor (Spanish young lad) 2. Caring to know which room I was to reside by the same night supervisor of 27th April to help carry my load to the door as am old and breathing was a hustle
Disliked: 1. The bathe tube in room 220 or chat*** had a crack that needs to be looked into please 2. Please can a lift reach each floor; if a guest loves sees the sea from the 3rd floor room because it can't be best viewed from floors 1 or 2, then getting to floor 3 becomes a hustle 3. I was promised milk to be brought to my room before midnight of the day of my booking that's 27th April Saturday night though it wasn't brought this is forgivable because we all forget however it counts less of customer service or care
