Lovely !

Liked: Great location ,superb breakfast . We were upgraded to a balcony room with views of the beach which made our day …. The true gem of this hotel is the wonderful helpful staff.
Disliked: The outside needs a re-paint.

Liked: bed was very comfortable, nice large room & could take dog food was very good although breakfast buffet was lacking variety.
Disliked: whole hotel was very tired & in desperate need of a complete renovation our room was very shabby.every floor board creaked & satsh windows wouldn't open.shower was tap controled & Power was poor.

A great base for a...

Liked: Lovely place for an overnight stay in Deal - the family room was perfect for what we needed and had lots of space so we could really relax. Location is perfect - on the beach in the middle of town.
Disliked: It’s a shame that the bar area is a bit cold and draughty and unwelcoming, but we did manage to find a warm corner in the end near the stairs up to the rooms.

Liked: Location by the sea. I am in a wheelchair and the bathroom was completely made out for disabled people. I really appreciated this.
Disliked: Food was very average.
