A welcome everytime

Liked: As soon as we approached the front desk we were given the loveliest welcome back , it's so nice to be remembered as we visit so much, keys handed over and we were made aware of entertainment, the amenities and that one of the lifts was not working at present but would be up and running shortly, staff offered to take our bag up to our rooms.
Disliked: Our room was very warm.and the window only opened a little, we asked if there was a ran available but all the fans had been issued out and the staff member was very apologetic.

This is a dirty place...

Liked: This place is so dirty reported it and nothing was done about it room 2nd floor 250 ....
Disliked: Room not hoovered old milk behind the dressing table thick with dust fridge not working bathroom mirror dirty..

Disliked: Being put in a room with two single beds thrown together instead of a double bed. The drain in the bath was partially blocked, taking 20 minutes for the water to go down.
