Liked: Lovely stairs ,decor and lighting in main entrance perfect for photo opportunities Good buffett Breakfast Size of room and facilities in the room3 windows in room sea views from 2 windowsCorner bath and separate showerCosy bar area selling lovely cakes You can stop long enough outside to drop off cases and check in to your room before needing to find somewhere to park, we paid £8 for 24hrs parking. Check out man on 6th May friendly as were breakfast staff that morning.

Disliked: Items broken in room eg window cracked and would not stay open. Needs general updating

Adequate for a short stay...

Liked: I came to Scarborough to visit family, I don’t like to impose so usually book a hotel.Though I enjoyed my stay, I was disappointed the swimming pool was no longer available, also the hotel is a bit dated and could do with an upgrade.The team at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for guests.
Disliked: No swimming pool and a little dated

Disliked: Need renovation. Old and dated facilities. Although the building seems to be an ancient and has historical value a little bit of maintenance would be nice.
