Disliked: Room small and horrendous noise from outside building fans - noisy late at night and from 5:30am

Liked: The hotel staff were genuinely friendly. I also arrived early in the morning and they offered to check me in then which was above and beyond

Liked: The staff was absolutely incredible, Melissa was working the front desk when I arrived and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and I felt well taken care of.

Liked: A last minute stay due to cancelled ferry, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind (they even created a section of the restaurant for the dog to sit with us & we hear this might become a permanent policy, which is great news for those staying in the hotel with four-legged friends). We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and although compact, it was spotless and done to a really nice standard. Will definitely be back again on our next visit!

Excellent room, brilliant staff and...

Liked: The room was very nice and we had a fab harbour view. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great and the service at all meal times was very good - even though we had a bit of an error with one of our evening meals, this was rectified very quickly and by no means spoilt our opinion of the hotel.
Disliked: There is nothing about the hotel we did not like and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
