Passable

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We got rooms on floors not accessible by elevators. The guests were senior citizens. So it was not acceptable and the hotel should have informed us about this before.

The country is a little...

Liked: Good breakfast but the location relative to the trams was excellent. Atilla and w hostess were very accommodating.

I'll find a different hotel...

Liked: the chocolate stick at check in.
Disliked: Walls are so thin and badly isolated that i could hear the guy next door snoring as if in my room.

Attila was a great host...

Liked: Hotel personel was great. Especially Attila, front desk staff was very helpful and a very good host.Tram number 10 directly arrives to and departs from Airport. Also very close to Zurich Hb. Breakfast was also great and included in our price.
Disliked: From Bahnhopf if you walk, there are 3 stairs, one of them is big. That is not easy with luggage. Suggest to take tram number 6 or 10

Liked: Great staff, the woman at the reception is great, fantastic communication. The room is small, but quite enough for a few nights.
