Disliked: Bed and pillows were way too soft; they were not good for the back or posture. Especially after a long drive. The hotel needs to invest in medium to firm mattresses and pillows. Soap scum in bathtub/shower

Liked: It was nice and clean; very comfortable
Disliked: We were out of toilet paper, called and asked for more. They said they’d bring some and we waited two hours with nothing, ended up having to go down to front desk to get it. Also the people beside us were very noisy and banging on walls.

Disliked: My experience at this hotel has been very disappointing. It feels like a waste of money. I checked in around 9:30 pm with my family, and there was no drinking water available in the room or the hotel. Even though I had specifically requested water when booking, the front desk lady informed me that there were no water bottles available."
