A bad experience

Disliked: We had a bad experience: on tuesdays and wednesdays there is no staff, so they gave us a code to open the door. However, when we came back from dinner the code didn't work. There was another person also trying to get back in, but he had the same problem. We tried many times. We called the telephone number they had given us in case of any problem but it didn't answer. We tried many times. Only after two hours the other guest somehow found another phone number and he managed to open the door. Apart from that the hotel is delapidated. Water in the sink didn't run, the faucet was loose, pillows are old and bad. Breakfast is basic. Staff is friendly but not competent.

Disliked: Really nothing negative.

Disappointing

Liked: The food was great, and the waitress too.
Disliked: Not at all a river-facing room as listed on booking.com. It was a room looking onto a building-site, with NO BLINDS in the bathroom. Just net curtains. There is no way on can use the bathroom unless it is at night and the lights are off. Not cool at all.Plus, the builders started at 7am. Very disappointed in booking.com.
