Liked: Very good vibe. Super friendly staff. Very clean and affordable. Nothing fancy but comfortable with sone nice touches.

Excellent value for the price...

Liked: The room was very large with comfortable king sized bed, upholstered chair, table, refer, microwave, and lots of counter space. TV was easy to operate. Excellent location for my purposes. Excellent value for the price.
Disliked: The property was a little dated, but not a big deal for me.

Liked: Great older retro cool motel. Loved it very clean. Not fancy but great vibe and owner.very welcoming. Short drive to get into downtown Las Cruces to really great coffee house and restaurants. Looking forward to staying at Royal Host again.
