Disliked: No Safe in room. No continental breakfast choice. Lack of wardrobe hanger space'

Relaxing and Comfortable

Liked: The property is in a Beautiful spot in Sidmouth.Easy to park overall a lovely break.We will be back.
Disliked: No aircon.But overall lovely stay.

Liked: location, the building, its history, the staff. All very good
Disliked: we asked for a fan for the room on arrival, as it was warm. It was really lovely for the staff to give us one - we appreciated that. It was a bit old, rickety though and a little bit dirty. Used it anyway

Not good value for money

I would not book that...

Liked: The room was small, but would have been enough for two nights. A bit olde worlde. A mini indoor pool was available.
Disliked: However, I stayed in room 1, the extractor fan of the kitchen is in arm-lenght of the window, causing mayor noise ad kitchen odour nuisance between 6 and 9 pm. That was/is unacceptable. I complained and got a different room for the second night without any problems. Sorry, but I do not understand how that room can be let at all. I am disappointed about the policies of the hotel.
