Liked: Great location, the beachfront a short walk away and the town Centre a little farther. A hotel with old character and good restaurant. Most helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike here.

Disliked: Bathroom was tiny, basin wasn’t fit for purpose as was ridiculously small. Shower not great. Enormous bedroom with tiny en-suite!

Very welcoming and comfortable.

Liked: Staff were all lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was very good. Location to central Sidmouth excellent. The hotel was clean and well appointed, and of historical interest.
Disliked: Although the room was beautifully clean, well appointed and comfortable, it was rather cold in the evenings. We didn't turn the radiator on, because the wires for the television were across it, and it might have damaged them.

Liked: The staff were excellent. Our room was one of the smaller rooms (I booked late and that was all there was left) but my wife saw some larger rooms which looked very nice. I have an EV and was able to charge using a granny charger.
