Lovely hotel and for the most part lovely staff. Beware, we were told to be at the restaurant for breakfast before 10.30. We were not told all food is removed at exactly 10.30. We were made to feel very uncomfortable when we weren't out of there at 10.30 on the dot.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Beautiful spacious rooms, great views, well located.
Disliked: Room was not ready until 17:30 although we advised that we would arrive by 16:00.

Disliked: Unfortunately the airco in the room had an annoying and constant annoying dripping noise coming from the vent above the room door. Like Chinese torture throughout the night. Also other rooms had same noise. I reported it but nothing done for the 4 nights stay.

Excellent

Liked: It was a very a very pleasant stay, the rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. Location is amazing near the park and the bus stop is just Infront of the Hotel making it really easy to move around the city.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like. Was a bit strange that they took a sort of guarantee deposit but they refunded that very fast, so not really a negative experience.
