Lovely hotel and for the most part lovely staff. Beware, we were told to be at the restaurant for breakfast before 10.30. We were not told all food is removed at exactly 10.30. We were made to feel very uncomfortable when we weren't out of there at 10.30 on the dot.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Liked: Room were the Garden Deluxe ones
Disliked: Breakfast isn't extraordinary ... and not included in rates of approx. EUR 500.- / night. That's ridiculous.

Raise the standards

Liked: Location
Disliked: The shower rooms have a persistent mould issues, and the cleaning teams do not consistently report to maintenance to change the wall sealant. This is a recurring problem. Is this really a 5-star hotel? Exposure to mould in the showers can lead to serious lung problems that could result in lifelong health issues. Isn't it time to raise the standards?

THE HOUSEKEEPING , RECEPTION ,...

Liked: OUR FIRST NIGHT ROOM WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL , GOT OURSELVES TO A BIGGER ROOM WITH EXTRA COSTS OFCOURSE AND OVERLOOKING THE PARK , THIS WAS PERFECT WAS THE REST OF OUR STAY . LOCATION IS PERFECT BEING IN KENSINGTON . DID NOT OPT FOR BREAKFAST .
Disliked: OUR FIRST NIGHT ROOM ON 4TH FLOOR WAS A DISASTER , NO SPACE TO HANG OUR CLOTHES AND OVERLOOKING THE ROOF OF NEIGHBOURS BUILDINGS.

Overall top-notch experience.

Liked: Staff friendliness, breakfast, cleanliness and location were all excellent. The location was especially good as was the view from our room (we has a park view).
Disliked: The room was on the smaller size even though i booked a better room with a park view. It was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in.
