Liked: The location was fine. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The rooms were small and at 7.45 each morning there was loud banging and drilling from workmen evidently refurbishing rooms.

Liked: -The staff were very friendly and helpful.-The location is very beautiful. The hotel is in Kensington which has lots of restaurants, cafes and places to shop. The hotel is directly near the Hyde Park. - The room is spacious and very clean.- The toilets include a bidet in some of the rooms.
Disliked: - Nothing really, it is an amazing place.
