Lovely hotel and for the most part lovely staff. Beware, we were told to be at the restaurant for breakfast before 10.30. We were not told all food is removed at exactly 10.30. We were made to feel very uncomfortable when we weren't out of there at 10.30 on the dot.

Liked: Amazing, updated rooms. Lobby and amenities not as nice but wasn’t in the hotel much beyond sleeping so that was fine!
Disliked: Lobby/entrance not too nice.

Liked: I like the location and the rooms were recently done so they look nice and modern as well.
Disliked: The entrance and the bathrooms need renovation. It’s dated especially for the price that we are paying. I would also like the mini bar to be filled and some of the food from the room dining need to be altered.

Liked: I liked the room, the design, the bed was comfortable and the light was calm and well positioned
Disliked: The check in was from 15:00, I’ve arrived after 4pm and was told at the reception that my room “has been cleaned but haven’t been health and safety checked”. Which is sort of happens sometimes, I didn’t really think 60 minutes is reasonable but wouldn’t have cares if they managed the customers better. I was told to take a seat and wait. Now, in a 5 star hotel when I paid around £400 a night I would have liked to be offered a hot drink while I’m waiting as a bare minimum. Also I don’t want to be condescending in any way but the young lad who checked me in talked in a very strange way and closed his eyes when speaking to me sometimes. It almost felt like he’s acting like someone posh. Whoever checked me out in the morning acted much more professional and normal. Just after 16:30 they let me know that the room is ready now. In the room I also found a used spoon and quite a lot of dust behind the cabinet. The room looked very modern but I could hear the conversation in the next room which was a bit disturbing just going by the fact that I booked a garden deluxe room.
