Lovely hotel and for the most part lovely staff. Beware, we were told to be at the restaurant for breakfast before 10.30. We were not told all food is removed at exactly 10.30. We were made to feel very uncomfortable when we weren't out of there at 10.30 on the dot.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast.

Great Stay in London

Liked: Loved the location. Close to transportation, parks, restaurants and galleries. Room was comfortable, clean, and bed was great. Loved the breakfast in the morning and the view from the large windows in the dining room. A wonderful stay.
Disliked: Nothing!
