Not good.
Liked: The location as there was a lot around.
Disliked: Having to be buzzed in and out to use your vehicle made it so I did not want to use it which wasn’t beneficial to my quick trip. I did not know it turned into a bar with a band at night. Very noisy outside the window. The pictures overall of the place were very deceiving.

Very good
Liked: If you love New Orleans jazz, this hotel perfect: it's really close to most of the main bars/venues and it hosts fabulous bands in its lobby most nights. The hotel itself is a glorious, old (1830s?) somewhat quirky place with a lovely courtyard and helpful, friendly staff. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to friends.
Disliked: The hotel advertises an accessibility room for those less mobile guests, my husband being one of them. We booked this room. However, when we arrived, there was really loud music in the lobby. The person who checked us in said there was no way we could stay in the accessibility room because of the loud music, and so we were shown to a (small with tiny windows) top floor room. My husband managed fine but if we'd had the choice we'd probably have booked a lower, larger room with proper windows instead. The hotel shouldn't advertise the accessibility room if it can't be used.
