2 companies that will rob...
Liked: Nothing at all. I don't like being robbed , lied to and attempted manipulation
Disliked: Booked this hotel specifically to come into town for their live jazz, the evening of I call to get details on parking as we are driving to town and matter of factly was told they didn't have it. I called back after checking to ensure I didn't make a mistake and was then told they canceled because of some internal booking errors. Was told we would be refunded for the stay (because we didn't actually stay) , then was told we had to talking to booking.com for refund but that the hotel was in support of the refund. Booking.com has been giving running around for a week and the hotel has been doing the same. Horrible experience with both parties.

Birthday Celebration for "A"
Liked: I like the room. It was cozy and quaint. The bar staff was amazing.
Disliked: The brass band was loud too loud and played until almost 1 a.m., but the people enjoyed them. I just want to go to sleep.

They charged me but canceled...
Disliked: WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN NEW ORLEANS!I booked a room at this hotel and received multiple confirmation emails the same day. Everything seemed set—until the receptionist called me while I was already traveling to say they had accepted my reservation by mistake and had no rooms available. Despite this, my card was charged immediately.I had to scramble to find another hotel last minute. When I contacted them to request a refund, they were extremely rude on the phone—saying they “don’t have time to deal with this” and even denying that they took any payment.It’s been over five days, and I still haven’t received a refund. This level of disorganization and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. I always try out different hotels when I come to New Orleans because I often have to book hotels for the musicians I work with (I'm an artist manager). I would never book this hotel for my clients.
