Exceptional
Liked: Fantastic location right on the private beach. At the back of the villa, there was a very comfortable pool. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely return!

Dream vacation and very relaxing.
Liked: The private beach and areas were something that I would definitely come back for.

told we had a canal view which we did not, our Villa was by the access road. for the price we felt it should have been m
Liked: the grounds were pretty. pool was clean
Disliked: the bathroom was extremely small, the Villa was dated back to 50s there were no beach towels, furniture was old , we were told we had a canal view which it did not, beach access you had to walk down stair to get to the beach very disappointing

Great place at a great price.
Liked: PRICE!!!! Compared to all the pricy hotels, this was a gem. You get to relax and enjoy the quiet life at an awesome price. Short driving distance to Miami, Boca Raton beaches, the place was spacious, awesome staff, neighbors. I loved looking at the sunset at the kiosk while the sound of boats. Quiet place to unwind after the loudness of Miami, will definitely return!
Disliked: One of the shower heads started peeling while I was taking a shower and it smelled as if it had been closed for a while but it was nothing that an airfreshener couldn't fix.
