Liked: Comfortable room in the centre of town, close to shops, cafes and pubs but still quiet. Nice heritage building. The bathroom was huge.

Not what we had expected

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Breakfast was serve yourself at $15 pp and comprised of two slices of gladwrapped bread or raisin toast or cereals. Way too expensive for the offerings.Car parking was either on the street restricted by a 4 hour time limit across the road, or paid parking next door at $20 per night where we had to fight for a spot around the workmans' vans working on the building on the corner

Liked: Well located in the centre of town, comfortable bed and great bath.
Disliked: Don’t bother with the “secure parking” - it doesn’t get locked at night!

Disliked: Carpet was very old and dirty

Clean, comfortable and charming

Liked: Old world charm. The rooms and surroundings were very clean. Helpful staff. Continental breakfast was $15, more than adequate, cereals, toast, juice, yoghurt, fruit, tea and coffee. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No lift. But I managed.
