Comfort, excellent. Location was great...

Liked: after an initial small problem the manager was excellent in resolving this
Disliked: nothing needs to be changed. As I previously stated the staff could not have been more accommodating

Liked: Lovely hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic, rooms were spotlessly clean and location was perfect!
Disliked: Tv in room did not work which was annoying and couldn’t get a drink at bar past 11pm which was disappointing

Disliked: Overall furnishings and decor. Stair carpet was badly worn and torn in places.

Liked: I had a nice large room on the second floor. The bar and the restaurant were pretty trendy looking
Disliked: I don’t like climbing stairs as I have bad knees so going up and down to my room was sore on my knees and since the building is an old building there’s no lift.
