Could be a nicer place...

Liked: Good location.Breakfast were OK for the money
Disliked: Attitude of bar staff, room was not turned over during stay, no toilet paper in room on arrival had to find our own... fresh towels had to be obtained by ourselves and these were dirty..Doors to bedrooms were constantly slamming..maybe need these looking at..

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Room Clean and well stocked with tea and cofee
Disliked: Not enough pillows, had to go to get extra ones from another room myself, due to no staff being available?? Room we stayed in was backing onto the lift shaft, all we heard all night was the mechanism of the lift going up and down all night.

Amazing

Liked: It was a beautiful hotel loved the ponds outside and very peaceful at night, the beds are comfortable and they changed my room due to having my mother inlaw who’s disabled with us very polite and would definitely recommend to someone and stay again, easy to order food as-well, the bath was massive and shower was lovely.
Disliked: Some of the light lamps didn’t work and in the bathroom the board was coming off and some towels was dirty with black marks on them,
